AL-Mawrid Multimedia Encyclopedia (MMME)

MMME v1.0 CD-ROM, a general Arabic encyclopedia, is based on the famous AL-Mawrid Encyclopedia by Mounir Ba'lbaki. MMME includes 15000 topics and entries in Arabic and in English, 2000 color pictures, and many audio and video clips. MMME offers powerful navigation and search capabilities. Topics in MMME are indexed in Arabic and English and categorized in 30 categories.

Apart from browsing tools, MMME offers a wide set of services: Users can copy or export text and picture of any topic, annotate their own notes to any topic, print directly the text of any topic and bookmark their favorite topics.
